As far as I am concerned, there is no compelling reason to move to 11.1
at this point in time. Doing so in all probability will only create
problems for you.

My "main" system is 11.0 with both KDE3 and KDE4 installed, and I am
using KDE4 with the idea of getting used to it. All that I have normally
used in the past works in 11.0 (and with KDE4 [ignoring the functions
found in KDE3 but not in KDE4]).

On my "test" system I have 11.1 installed with both KDE3 and KDE4.

So far this installation has been the source of much angst and a lot of
wasted download time.

Stay with 11.0 - unless the latest kernel in 11.1 will provide some
function which is not available for you system in the kernel for 11.0.

Ciao.
