Hello!
I have several Corsair USB Pen Drives. Voyager GT and Survivor types.
There are no problems with my two Voyager GT's. These are 8 Gb.
But I also have two Survivor's. These are 16 Gb, I do not know whether that is the problem, but they will not show up in Konqueror (or Dolphin which I have also tried).

You manually mount them with mount /dev/sdc1 /media/some_mount_point_that_you_create
That seems so...

I have a few SanDisk and Corsair 16GB usb keys that I simply plug in and fully expect them to show up in Konqueror.
Likewise. I mentioned in another thread the problems I'm having, and they are similar. I see from /var/log/messages that the kernel sees the 'event' of plugging in the USB (and PCMCIA) devices, but they don't automatically mount. I have an entry in /etc/fstab: usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs noauto 0 0 that seems to _allow_ them to be mounted. But it doesn't happen automatically. I'm running KDE and have the Device Notifier widget in my bar. It does pop up when a device is inserted. If I click on the entry in the pop-up a Dolphin window opens with the newly mounted device. It seems that the click-through does the mounting and brings up Dolphin. I'm watching in another window and the Notifier's notification alone does not mount the device. There are two immediate questions that arise even from this: 1. Why Dolphin? Why not Konqueror? I have a Konqueror open but it doesn't get used. 2. Why do I get a new copy of Dolphin for each device I open? Why isn't a new tab opened? Perhaps there is a configuration file somewhere, but I'd rather not have to download and read the source code to find out. -- "Without involvement, there is no commitment.
