Agreed! Now, for my experience with an upgrade.

I grabbed both 35 and 65-bit ISOs early today and have to leave. 'Burned
both images when I returned, but didn't have a chance to upgrade this
desktop (dual-core AMD 4200+ Athalon). It's a SATA box with 4G RAM and
nVidia video. I've been using 11.0 w/KDE 3.5 on it.

11.1 was booted, and I chose to upgrade, which it did using KDE 3.5,
which is what I wanted. After the initial install, I cleaned out the old
repositories and added the new ones, then did another update.

This is the SMOOTHEST upgrade I've ever done........period, bar none!!!
GOOD job, boys and girls of the openSUSE team!!!! The only complaint I
have so far, is that when I added mplayer, kmplayer, and smplayer, they
didn't show up in the menu....had to add them manually. Other than that,
SO FAR, an EXCELLENT upgrade!!

I'll do a laptop tomorrow that has RC1 with KDE 4.*....we'll see how
well that goes.
