Those should already have been included.
Currently it is yast2-installation-2.16.50-3.1, and it is in the DVD:
./DVD1/suse/noarch/yast2-installation-2.16.50-3.1.noarch.rpm
Ah, I see, it is not in the current directory. Those Yast rpms it says it needs are in another directory of the dvd.
