And now it's not possible to make a rescue disk if I'm right ? The rescue disk is part of the install dvd it gives a command line interface and it is just below repair installed system in the dvd boot menu. If you boot your opensuse 11.0 install dvd and select the repair installed system option from the dvd boot menu it should fix any
