Using 32-bit oS 11.0 with KDE4x (but same thing is occurring with oS11.1Beta5). When I try to Clear Recent Documents (Application Launcher>Recently Used tab) the documents "pretend" to be cleared but at the next restart/boot of system all the "cleared" documents still (re)appear in the list. As root, I've cleared out the /tmp folder thinking that this is where such a list of recently used documents resides but, No, the list still keeps reappearing. In /home there is also a (hidden) file called '.recently-used' but it doesn't play a role in this problem. Anybody know how to make sure that a list of recently used documents remains deleted? Or better still, how to stop documents being used recorded in this Recently Used tab? (Windows has this ability not to have documents used being recorded in such a list in the Start menu.)
