Yes, I see some of those during my tests:

I /think/ it must be some kind of programming error of the driver.

If that is so, it's in more that one driver.


I did some googling and found claims on the nut-upsuser forum/debian
that:

Apparently it is *still* present, but not always faulty :^)


also there were claims that "britty" was the cause and it was cured by
removing britty, some kind of social networking app?
