explain
how it got unconfigured to begin with, but all is again well. Now back to help
Andre with the madwifi driver that I suspect is failing for the same reason....

Chasing down why the ATI 8-11 won't build on 11.0 and why
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/schmolle1980/openSUSE_11.0/src/madwifi-r3725+AR5007EG-2.2.src.rpm
won't build, I stumbled across a kernel config problem on one of my boxes.
make
mrproper -- won't.
22:22 alchemy~> su
Password:
[22:22 alchemy/home/david] # cd /usr/src/linux
[22:23 alchemy/usr/src/linux] # make mrproper
make: *** No rule to make target `mrproper'. Stop.
What did I mess up?? A link?? Where??
