You should be grateful that "Your Computer" (i.e., your physical
computer) did not disappear into the disposal wormhole. Aren't you glad
you weren't holding down the CTRL key when you click on that red [X]?
Sorry I could be more helpful. ... Or serious.

I clicked the red [X] next to my "My Computer" desktop icon (KDE 4),
and it disappeared. I'm not sure what I was expecting - maybe just
getting rid of the sidebar on the icon and allowing me to pack them
closer together.
But I think I'm going to miss "My Computer." Is there any way to get
it back? I tried finding it among the available desktop widgets, but
didn't see anything resembling it.

Thanks in advance for a clue!
