I kinda cheated to do this one - I scanned in the label in question and traced over it in GIMP. Using multiple layers, I just fit the images in where I wanted and saved as a PNG, then printed it from whatever was handy (I hadn't played around with gimp-print at all). Took a couple of test prints to get everything lined up properly, but it worked out quite well.
