Please use X11:Compiz repo
If it still does not work after an update and making sure all the packages are of matching version, disable compiz (ps ax | grep compiz to confirm that compiz is dead), as user, rm -rf ~/.config/compiz* to reset all settings. Then enable it again using simple-ccsm.
I've already followed this instructions. I have all this packages from X11:Compiz installed: compiz-0.7.8-2.1 compizconfig-settings-manager-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-emerald-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-emerald-themes-0.6.0-16.1 compiz-fusion-kde-0.6.2-3.4 compiz-fusion-plugins-extra-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-fusion-plugins-main-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-kde-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-kde4-0.7.8-2.1 compiz-manager-0.0.1_git080201-49.1 libcompizconfig-0.7.8-2.1 libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig-0.7.8-2.1 python-compizconfig-0.7.8-2.1 But for now, I will try what You wrote in the last message. Thanks for your help!
Cheers
