Dotan, You need to install the kernel-source and kernel-syms package to install DAQmx and NI_VISA. The proceed to the /usr/src/linux-<version> and execute the following commands:- 1. make cloneconfig 2. make modules_prepare This is the standard procedure as per NI...however it doesn't seem to work for NI-VISA/DAQmx. I've tried unsuccessfully for my latest Labview install. Opensuse 10.3 works well..and so does Mandriva. Good luck -Anshul 2008/9/12 Dotan Cohen :
