[opensuse] Alternate to VIper Guestbook

I am a member of the Barbershop Singing Society and a fellow chapters' website is using Viper Guestbook. I was going to use it for our website, however, it's not supported and not downloadable anymore. Seeking recommendations for equivalent functional guestbook.
