Its really aggravating when it happens on my Laptop. Now I just
ssh into it with my phone and restart X.

Listmates,
I just checked on an 11.0 box, tapped on the keyboard and nothing
happened. Then looked closer at the keyboard and the scroll lock, numlock,
and caplock lights are on steady. That was strange, because moments earlier
I was working from a samba share on the box. A quick ssh into the box and
check of the logs and all is good - no errors. What happened to the
keyboard? I know flashing lights means hardware failure, what do steady
lights mean? What to try to get the keyboard back?
(we have a kitten, so a prior tap-dance on the keyboard isn't out of
the question)
