It means that your build doesn't support it. OK - this is standard on openSUSE. (let's try to avoid building from source for now)
Alternatively, can you try the similar command, but using "qemu" instead of "qemu-kvm" ? (this will require to install qemu first)
That said "please load a 32bit OS"....
