Can you try adding "-no-kvm" ? (I'm not sure if your build supports
it, but anyway)...
This will disable KVM, and run Qemu emulator.
Alternatively, can you try the similar command, but using "qemu"
instead of "qemu-kvm" ? (this will require to install qemu first)
Can you try "modinfo kvm-amd" ?
