You'll find where to set the frequencies in Yast.
OK, i have reinstalled 11.0 x86 64 with kde 4 from DVD for reasons other than the dual monitors but now that i have reinstalled fresh copy of 11, i never get the kdm screen to login. My hard drive light stays lit-up and the cursor is a circle. Never presented with the login screen. During the install, i got to the "hardware" part and the default option in yast for the monitors were vesa 1280x1028. I kept it at that and never gives me the login screen from the initial setup. Then i restart and boot in failsafe and change the monitor to nec lcd1525x (this use to work in the previous setup), still no screen to login. where do i go from here? What log file would i look in to see any errors of the monitor? Anyway to get someone from novell or here to put hp w2207h drivers in opensuse 11 x86 64? Anyway to get to a login screen?
Have tried the part of xorg.config that I posted before. http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse/2008-07/msg02435.html -- Regards, Rajko http://en.opensuse.org/Portal needs helpful hands. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
