From: jdd <jdd@dodin.org> To: SUSE Linux <opensuse@opensuse.org> ... I want to use both my laptop original sound card for day to day use and my Zoom H2 USB device for better result when necessary. ... How can I switch fro a sound card to an other (0 to 1 and vice-versa)? my mixer is kmix and I don't see any card choice there
Yast->Hardware->Sound should be showing the two cards now (chances are you might have used that to tell the system about the new card anyway?) That also has a button on the bottom right that says "Other v" that button allows you to "set as primary card" which would let you choose one or the other. Not sure if that's what you want, but maybe it'll help. Cheers Simon "You can tell whether a man is clever by his answers.
