Maybe stupid question, anyway: did you tell Yast to install the bootloader into the MBR? If not it cannot boot from there... If you have a virgin disk for a dual boot system, first install M$-stuff then Linux on top of it, because Linux cares for pre-installed systems while M$ doesn't. But youll explicitely have to say that you want the bootloader saved into the MBR - here on 10.3 it's in a separate tab of the bootloader configuration dialog - don't know about 11... hth Daniel -- Daniel Bauer photographer Basel Barcelona professional photography: http://www.daniel-bauer.com erotic art photos: http://www.bauer-nudes.com Madagascar special: http://www.fotograf-basel.ch/madagascar/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
