I had troubles with getting my USB headset to work with openSUSE. Is seems
that all the problems were caused by the USB HUB the headset is attached
to. First I couldn't install the headset at all, now -- when I installed
it while connected to another hub, switched it back to the first one and
play something -- I hear a weird ticking sound.

I would just throw rubbish hub away but it works perfectly under windows.
So what can be the problem?

The hub is from Pentagram, usbcore driver controls it, and it identifies
itself as Genesys Logic USB2.0 HUB.
