Ok, I couldn't understand why it wouldn't work. Then I ran SuSEconfig, but didn't helped. After I rebooted, and as such I also did a log off and back again :-[
No, reboot doesn't change anything, and SuSEconfig neither, for this at least.
Well here a reboot did it at least.
I use a software for hamradio -fldigi- for different digital modes, and the ttyS0 is for CAT Computer Aided Transmit, and I couldn't get in connect with the radio as user. Onlys as root it succeded. Now also as user.
Ah. No, I don't know that one, but sometimes the program needs to be suid, don't know why. I had to do that to get wvdial to work time ago.
