As mentioned in the subject, I want to be able to use /dev/ttyS0 as user.
I have done some work in Yast, but it doesn't work.
The /dev/ttyS0 belongs to uucp
crw-rw---- 1 root uucp 4, 64 Jul 10 14:32 /dev/ttyS0
And in the /etc/group
less group |grep uucp uucp:x:14:erikja
Ok...
users:x:100:uucp
Not ok, not needed.
I hope this is enough information to tell me what I have to do to be able to use /dev/ttyS0 as user.
Shold be enough... Well, you need to log off and back in to activate the group change.
If not please tell me what I'm missin of information(s)
