Whenever I restart my 11.0 server with a KDE4 session (installed fresh, to a clean hard drive), I end up with an unknown widget on the desktop, and another one in the panel just to the right of the mens. Apparently KDE doesn't know what they are, but it places them there anyway. I can close them easily enough, but it's got me curious about what they are. Since this is a new installation, and not an upgrade, I assume that they're widgets that are placed there by default, and not something I've put there, but I don't know of any way to identify them. I'm assuming that KDE uses some sort of a .config file to determine what it puts on the desktop and in its system panel. Does anyone here know where I could find that, and what it's called? By eliminating the entries that do show up properly, I should be able to arrive at what's not working.
