I understand in 11.0 kdesu does not use sudo, it uses the su mechanism. So, you can not modify it.

Hi,
on 10.3, after proper configuring of sudo, kdesu used sudo to launch
programs as root (i.e. I could use my user's password). In 11.0 this
changed back to asking always the root password.
How can I get the old behavior?
