Try looking for a verbose firewall log to see what rule the packets
are breaking.

There are also other places to look for help. openSuSE has networking
and security lists.

Also, please explain your problem at the top of your post. I had to
read your logs twice. Once to find out where your problem was and read
it. And then again to put that problem in context.
