Hi list, I'm in the process of customizing my new openSuSE 11.0 x86_64 at home. Still using KDE 3.5.9 due to it's maturity and really looking forward to seeing KDE4 more stable... Anyway, after configuring Thunderbird as IMAP client for my Gmail accounts the process itself peaks up to 98% and almost freezes the whole system. The OpenGL screensavers move in slow motion (dropping a lot of frames) and the only way out is to 'pkill thunderbird'... Using Kmail instead works fine though... but I do prefer Thunderbird (more used to it). So, has anyone faced such a situation under openSuSE 11 before? if so, what have you done to solve it?
