Rajko, I'm one who WON'T use KDE 4 on my systems nor on 99% of my client systems. This is NOT because I don't like KDE 4....it looks great and WILL be awesome once it's done, IMHO. The problem is that it's so scarce in apps. and admin. features that it's a nightmare to admin. on all these systems. Once it's as "complete" as 3.5, I'll gladly convert all systems over to it.
