Which Java do you have installed? I am on an x86-64 laptop and it only had the x86-64 package installed so I installed the java browser plugins which forced an update to the i586 sun java package. Still no luck, same result. The java I have installed is:
23:55 alchemy~> rpm -qa | grep -i java
java-1_5_0-sun-plugin-1.5.0_update15-0.1
java-1_5_0-sun-1.5.0_update15-0.1
I would be interested to compare.
