Yes, you're right, probably I should give up. I stayed up till 3 am trying to 
get things as close as possible to what I wanted, but there are still a lot 
of minor but annoying problems. I really liked KDE 3.5, everything was just 
perfect. 

Going back to 3.5 tonight.
