People who use it.
There's a reason we don't use Gnome -- KDE has vastly more
functionality. In case you haven't noticed, all of the complaints about
KDE 4 so far boil down to KDE 4 not yet having the functionality of KDE
3, therefore making it an unsuitable replacement until such time that
KDE 4 gains that functionality.
Well, I'm not going to get into a debate of GNOME vs. KDE. There's not
much point, as everything that can be said about that topic has already
been said.
