yes, but you need a number of kernel patches which aren't upstream and only the SLES10 kernels include them (that I know of). I believe the patches were sent to the ocfs2 mailing list if you need to find them.

its a good idea so that heartbeat and ocfs2 have a consistent view of the cluster (ie. which nodes are up/down)

I hope the patches are accepted upstream so it turns in a standard use case. Luckily i'll be using SLES10SP1 for this setup, is there any documentation (notes, diagrams, etc)?
