[opensuse] Missing window title bar since upgrade

Since upgrading kde3 to 3.5.9-60.2 I've lost the title bar on all my
windows, so I'm unable to drag them around, minimise, maximise or
restore. Which package is responsible for this bit of window decoration?
I notice that I have compiz installed, but I'm not trying to run any sort
of 3D desktop. Do I need compiz, or could it be screwing things up? I
only ask because the last time something like this happened was when I
*was* playing around with 3D stuff, compiz-fusion, etc., but that was
months ago.
