I just went to install some rpm files (for TuxPaint) and was concerned.

Every time I clicked on the rpm file (in Konqueror) I was told to install wtih 
yast. I dutifilyy gave my password and then had to wait several minutes while 
various cache files were updated before each would install.

What can I do to get rid of this behavior?
