[opensuse] Is the KDE 4 unstable repository for 10.3 maintained?

Has anyone been able to get the kde 4.1 stuff at: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/UNSTABLE:/Desktop/openS... to work the last few weeks? When I try to install from there all I get is mismatched versions of snapshot packages that don't seem to work with each other.
