[opensuse] emerald theme not loading

I just rebooted after applying some updates and now I get the typical
gtk blue border on my windows. I have to type `emerald --replace` at a
command prompt to get my emerald theme back. Any thoughts on what
changed? Or what I can do to keep from having to type this each time I
login/restart?
