From what i have read so far, i understand that i can edit the configuration to do this but i'm not sure where to start. Does anyone have any tips or can you point me towards some relevant documentation that would help me?
Either use Yast/Yast2 and look for "Outgoing Mailserver" in "Network Servers"-> "Mail Transfer Agent". Or edit /etc/sysconfig/postfix (look for POSTFIX_RELAYHOST, you might need to edit other options if you have never setup your Postfix before) and run "SuSEconfig -module postfix" Charles
