I am getting a log of error messages when I browse the 'Net, about pages that require Shockwave Flash. They do not tell me anyting about what kind of file feels unrequited (or about why web designers feel an urge to use this crap).
Please post a link to such a site.
I have some now: http://www.memritv.org Interestingly, as recently as a week ago. I visited this site and was able to view the clips. Now there is an error message saying: "application/x-shockwave-flash", and an invitation to download Shockwave. (Anyone who would like to have more insight about the Middle East, by the way, may be surprised by these clips (all recorded from TV broadcasts by our naighbors' TV stations.) I get simiiar behavor from http://amazon.co, which is also a new development. This is a site that I visit frequently, and I have never had this before. Either web designers have all found a new toy, or something has happened to my Shockwave plugin. -- Stan Goodman Qiryat Tiv'on Israel -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
