choose the architecture (x86-64, i586) and your kernel flavour of the gspcav1 driver. It's a newer version for the spca5xx driver and I needed it to get my cam working with Skype.

How does one figure out which driver a webcam requires, or even if there is

Rockwell Ezcam II. http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html says module spca5xx
should work, but 10.2's modprobe can't find it. :-(
If you know it's spca you should try the gspcav1 driver from the buildservice.
I never used build service before. I found there:
spca5xx-kmp-bigsmp (i586)
spca5xx-kmp-debug (i586)
spca5xx-kmp-default (i586)
spca5xx-kmp (source)
