 The Nicotine on the dvd and from Packmans site both installed fine (I tried 
one then the other). When I click on it in the menu it acts as if it's 
starting just fine, but after waiting, nothing happens.

  I open ksysguard to see if it's running, and it is...but it's eating 50% of 
the cpu and there's no window.

  Has anyone else gotten Nicotine to work on 10.3, or had problems and found a 
workaround?
