You are using an ancient configuration to check RBLs. Fix that.

i dont really understand about that log message. What should I do to get my mail sent?
Would you mind telling what "your mail" is here? The only things listed here are attempts from client 210.210.145.64 to connect to a Postfix server, and the server rejecting it, because the client is listed at dnsbl.sorbs.net. If you want to accept mails from that client you should configure smtp auth and make the client authenticate. If the client has a fixed ip you could add him in a check before you call reject_unauth_destination or your RBLs.
