AFAIK, yast uses X specific layout extensions or whatever, while kde
handles it by its own. ANd the dialog to set shtorcut combinations in
kde does not support only "control" keys combos. This is something the
kde developers should answer. You can check their bugzilla and file a
case there. Or if this is existing case, you can vote for it to
increase the visibility.

And please explain why this combination does not work in kde
and work in yast (if you know the reason).
