I had in mind simple, cheap, solutions.

That all depends of course, but if the system is e.g. 1000, and the
necessary CPU-fan is 64, it doesn't seem too bad.

Above solution is way better, but I haven't seen retailers using them.

Well, they're probably way overkill unless you're into overclocking and
all that.

The most often used is a big hole on side panell with funnel right
above CPU fan.

Yep, I've got that too. Works quite well.
