Midtower, but fairly uncluttered. I think the airflow in the box is
ok.

Should be as long as you have good airflow. On my full tower, I've got 2
intake fans in front for the drives, two intake blowing toward the
cpus, and two at the top above the PS blowing out. You probably don't
have all that room, but the positioning of the fans is important.
