Hello list users:

How could I set my desktop to use Alt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift
combination for switching the keyboard layout?
> I have
openSUSE 10.3 with kde 3.5.7 "release 72.4". Currently
Ctrl+Alt+K does the job but I don't like that I have to
press 3
buttons.

Well then, use the KDE Personal Settings tool
to configure it how YOU want it configured

K-menu => Personal settings.
Look for the national flags icon
...and then the keyboard icons.

Then, could you please give me step by step instructions how
to do it for the Alt+Shift combination?

Thanks,

IG
