I think the key question is - what functionality does it provide that you really, really need? If it provides something really useful, no-one will have a problem with it using up a small chunk of their 500Gb home-partition :-)

I used to think it made using the kde-help system more useful, but then it just kept listing the same help files over and over and not providing anything that I couldn't already do just searching or browsing help. -- David C.
