The next place I would look is thermal instability.
What sort of temperatures are your CPU and North-bridge running at?
I guess thermal instability is a possibly, it just seems unlikely. The CPU is properly seated, the heatsink and fan too, the cabinet has an extra fan on the back and two large air intakes on the left side, the powersupply itself has a 14cm fan. The Northbridge is cooled via a large(ish) heatpipe. Still, lm-sensors report the following: temp1 temp2 temp3 idle: 43-44 40-42 82 1 x mprime 44 46 84 2 x mprime 45 52 84 3 x mprime 47 58 85 4 x mprime 47 60 85 About 10 seconds after I started the fourth mprime, the system rebooted. I don't know which sensors are actually represented by temp1-2-3. /Per Jessen, Zürich -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
