A browser is just a browser. I can do only the things browsers do.
It is not a compiler or a general-purpose computational agent.

You are right, of course: The community has a top track record of
finding and solving issues. Distros don't come with trojans and
vicious firefox because of that. Great, and nowhere near the
outlandish security issues Windows people have seen.

So, given the amount of hard work security forums put into linux
security, what was good again about repeating over and over "It's
safe anyway"? What are you saying?
