Speaking from experience as a field tech i'd sat anything more a 2 disk system
requires above 400W. Especially if you have a powerful graphics card.
Also, i have found (maybe not so scientifically) that AMD tends to be more
"hungry"...
The new Core2 Duo is actually lower in consumption than its predecessor Dual
Core.
As previously stated, try a bigger PSU. Id go for 500 or 650 W
