Hello :-))

I have problems connecting to low power wifi hot spots

when my networkmanager show less than 90% power, I can't connect, and 
this is often, really a problem.

how can I monitor the wifi connection? specially in low power 
condition (A friend of mine, with a Mac, can connect when I can't :-()
