Hi List,

I reinstalled the system, added the oss, non-oss, update, packman, videolan
repositories through community repositories, did an update, and still I'm
experiencing the problem I had earlier.

Do you guys know what's going on? I did nothing bad, fresh install add the
repositories and that's it...

Me too :-)

And that happend with a lot of packages, like java-sun-plugin, and many
more...

Hi Sergey,

can you disable Packman and see if update works?

Guys you must be careful with the installation sources you put on your
system. If you put Packman on your system then you are likely to run
into update problems because packman has newer versions of some packages.

That amarok update continually being there is certainly a bug, I
experienced it until i updated it from the amarok on packman's repo. Try
that to get rid of it.
